Logi IMO is one of the most fun challenging tasks in EVE. It is somewhat a thankless job as you will usually not have many killmails to show for it. but it is super satisfying when you land that saving rep on a fleet mate.

IMO the RAH goes well for missions, where you get missions from different factions and don't want to have to refit hardeners all the time. If you are always ratting against the same NPC's I wouldn't bother.
